Welcome to Torvaig Self Catering Cottage, by Portree, Isle of Skye
Torvaig Cottage is sited in a beautiful arena of breathtaking countryside, mature trees and numerous wildlife. The cottage has been recently renovated and is on a working croft. The sound of the nearby burn and the calls of birds completely frees you of the bustle of the city, even though the island capital Portree is only a ten to fifteen minute walk away, where guests can sample fresh seafood and fine dining and the Portree nightlife at several restrauents, cafess and bars.
One of the nearby cliff faces is also the dramatic home of the ledgendry Sea Eagle, the pair can often seen soaring over the unspoilt upland and daily boat trips from Portree can allow an even closer encounter.
There are 3 bedrooms one double, a twin and a single and one bathroom with a bath/shower. The sitting room has an open fire and there is a woodburing stove in the diningroom.

Tariff/Prices 2010
£325.00 to £705.00 per week. Christmas & New Year £705.00 per week.
Short breaks available in low season.
- Weekly bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights arriving and departing on a Saturday.
- We kindly request that guests arrive after 4.00 p.m. and depart no later than 10.00 a.m. This is to allow the cottage to be cleaned and prepared thoroughly for our next guests.

Location - How to Find Us
To get to the house follow the staffin road(A855) north from Portree for about 2 miles then turn right on to the Torvaig road then drive until the end of the public road
