Relax and enjoy yourself in peaceful surroundings, in our cosy 19th century croft house within walking distance to Portree, the capital of Skye. Stay in our comfortable room, with its own access (so you can come and go as you please) with en-suite facilities and king size bed to sleep away those busy days touring round our beautiful island.
Located two miles out of Portee, Torvaig is in an ideal position with being a stones throw from the famous ‘Old man of Storr’ and has uninterrupted views of the Cuillin hills. It is convenient for your shopping and entertainment needs but far enough away to give you peace and quiet.
If you fancy a scenic walk into town there’s a footpath that takes you from the front door round Scorrybreac hill and into the main street in Portree in under an hour.
You’ll receive a warm welcome from our friendly family home and we are more than happy to help with any information you should require about the island and its many sights, walks and activities.
Accommodation
The Studio bed and breakfast can sleep up to two guests and has one double bedroom, with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. Although the room is a double, we can squeeze in a foldaway bed, or travel cot (available with notice) there is no additional charge for this, but if a cooked breakfast is required there is a charge of £2.00.

Tariff/Prices 2012/13
£30.00 pppn with either continental or cooked breakfast.
For single person occupancy please add £10.00 per night.
Booking Terms & Payment
For booking please send a deposit cheque for the amount of the first night to Natalie Macleod at this address. Full payment is by cash only.
Location - How to Find Us
Once you have arrived on Skye, follow the signs for Portree. Once in Portree stay on the main road to Staffin and as your leaving Portree, Torvaig is located on your right appprox. Two miles from the centre of Portree itself. The Studio bed and breakfast is first cottage on your right.
