Ronan House is located in Upper Edinbane providing excellent bed & breakfast accommodation in 3 double rooms all with en-suites and TVs. The bungalow is set in its own grounds with onsite parking in an elevated position overlooking the village of Edinbane. Lounge area with TV, DVD player with large choice of DVDs. Wi-Fi is also available.
Traditional full Scottish breakfast with free range eggs from our own family hens.
Local hotel and restaurant within walking distance.
Lovely walk to the Wind Farm.
Several restaurants of a high standard are within easy reach including The Old School Restaurant in Dunvegan and The Stein Inn in Waternish. All serving local produce and highly recommended.
We are centrally situated and ideal for visiting many of the Islands attractions, including Dunvegan Castle, the Coral Beaches, Neist Point and Talisker Distillery.
Distance to Dunvegan: 8 mile.
Distance to Portree: 13 miles.

Ronan House is entirely non-smoking and we regret that we do not accept pets.

Tariff/Prices
Room 1 - £30 per person per night.
Room 2 & 3 - £28 per person per night.
Single Occupancy - £40 per person per night.
Children - (Room 1 only) Additional £15 per child per night.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the booking is required from guests, please post cheque made payable to A Anderson.
Final payment may be made in cash (£ sterling), or a UK cheque supported by a bankers card for the appropriate amount, payable to A Anderson. We are sorry, but Ronan House cannot accept credit or debit cards.
Check-in time is 4.00 p.m. or by arrangement. If you should be running late please telephone us to advise us of your expected arrival time.

Location - How to Find Us
From the Skye Bridge follow the A87 through Broadford to Portree. From Portree take the A87 to Uig. After 4.5 miles (7 km) turn left onto the A850 to Dunvegan. Continue for approximately 10miles (16km) when you will arrive in Edinbane.
Take the first main left turning which is signposted Upper Edinbane (opposite bus kiosk). Follow the single track road for approximately 1 mile. Ronan House (21 Upper Edinbane) is signposted. Ample parking on the private drive adjacent to the house.
