Portree Bay Cottage is situated in a spectacular location, right on the shore of Loch Portree with stunning views over the bay to Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillins, yet only a few minutes walk from Portree village. Portree is formed around a natural harbour and is a great attraction for visitors all year round. It is the main town on the island and offers a wide range of facilities including a supermarket, medical centre, a variety of shops, banks, hotels & restaurants and sports facilities, there is also a small cinema/theatre within the Aros Heritage Centre, located on the outskirts of the town.
Whether you are looking for a private hide-away for a relaxing holiday or a base for enjoying all the outdoor pursuits that the Isle of Skye has to offer, Portree Bay Cottage combines the perfect location with excellent value for money.
The cottage comprises lounge with open fire, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two double bedrooms (master en-suite) and a bedroom with bunk-beds. There is also a bed settee in the living room. All linen and towels are provided. There is private parking adjacent to the cottage for several vehicles.

A deposit is required at the time of booking of £100.00 (please send cheque by post). The deposit is non-refundable.
- Balance payable 6 weeks before your stay.
- Cheques made payable to Fay Thomson.
- Bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights arriving and departing on a Saturday.
- We kindly request that guests arrive no earlier than 4.00 p.m. and depart no later than 10.00 a.m. This is to allow Portree Bay Cottage to be cleaned & prepared thoroughly for our next guests.
Season
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in the high season.

Location - How to Find Us
On arriving on Skye, follow the A87 north to the village of Portree. On entering Portree, take the second private road on the right after the National filling station. Bear left at the V junction halfway down the private road. The cottage is signposted at the top of the road and again at the gate leading into the garden ground at the end of the road.
