Come and pamper yourself in our luxury vegetarian bed and breakfast. Our 19th century former crofthouse is beautifully located next to the River Snizort, with open views over the hills and beyond, with plenty of walks from the door. We are perfectly positioned as we are central to Skye and only 4 miles from Portree, the Islands capital, with it's range of shops and places to eat.
We are both on hand to help you get the most out of your stay on Skye and can offer you lots of tips on places to visit, walk, eat and drink on the island. Mark is particularly handy with a map and knows plenty of walks to suit all abilities. Sam is an imaginative and experienced cook, with a keen eye for interior design. We are both committed vegetarians, but welcome those who would just like to try out a vegetarian breakfast, and you will also find our menu boasts a really good range for our vegan visitors. Our aim is to give you an enjoyable and relaxing, yet ethical visit to Skye.

We only have one room, this enables us to give our visitors the best possible attention. The Sun room, is a lovely bedroom with a beautiful open aspect. It benefits from an en-suite bathroom, with a large drench shower to douse away those walking pains. The room boasts its own private patio area with seating, for you to sit with a glass of wine and admire the view. If the weather is not so kind, you can curl up in your room and watch a bit of satellite TV or browse through our own visitors guide and complimentary magazine. Wi-Fi is also available for those wishing to keep in touch.
We believe it is important to have your own private space, so the room has a large fold away table at which to enjoy your breakfast, or a take away if your fancying a night in after a long day out and about. Your room benefits from a small fridge to enable you to make a decent cup of tea and coffee or chill your own drinks.
Our tea/coffee tray aims to be a cut above, with a few tempting snacks, real Fairtrade coffee and a good range of herbal and fruit teas.
No smoking please, apart from the patio area.
Families
Although our room is a double, you are welcome to squeeze in a child. We have a travel cot/ready bed or single sleeping bag. There will be no extra charge for accommodation, if they would like breakfast that will be an extra £2.00.
Pets
Please bring along your furry friends, they will certainly enjoy the walks on Skye. We ask that they don't sleep on the bed and we have a cosy bed that they are welcome to borrow.

October to March
One night £28.00 per person per night. Stays of two nights or more £26.00 per person per night.
April to June and September
One night £29.00 per person per night. Stays of two nights or more £27.00 per person per night.
July to August
One night £30 per person per night. Stays of two nights or more £28.00 per person per night.
Season
We are open all year.
Location - How to Find Us
Take the A87 north leaving Portree signed for Uig for approximately 3 miles; at the first main junction take a left turn onto the A850 signed to Dunvegan and follow this road for 0.5 miles; take the first turning left onto a minor single track road, go over the cattle grid and we are the next house on the right.
