Lochview is a modern family home situated eight miles from Portree, the capital of the Isle of Skye. Loch View bed & breakfast stands above the shores of Loch Snizort, looking out over the Loch and beyond.
A perfect base for walking, climbing, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the many attractions of our beautiful island, wherever you decide to go on Skye you will be guaranteed breathtaking scenery and we guarantee a warm friendly welcome at our home.
There is a hotel within two miles of Loch View, or a wider choice of wonderful restaurants in Portree. Loch View has private parking, and a patio area at the front of the house is for guests to sit, relax and admire the lovely view.
Our two Guest Rooms which have recently been re-decorated and re-carpeted are spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasurable stay. Each of our Rooms has a 22" Wide LCD T.V. with remote control, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and radio-alarm clock. Wireless Internet Access is available for those who use Laptops or Smart-Phones.
Our Family Guest Room has a private bathroom with corner bath and large shower and our Double Guest Room has an en suite shower.
Loch View Bed & Breakfast can accommodate up to 5 people at any time from February through to the end of October. There is also further accommodation available by way of a folding spare bed for the Family Room and a travel cot for either room.

Facilities
Each Room is equipped with satellite television, tea and coffee making facilities, a trouser press, hairdryer and alarm clock.
Loch View Bed & Breakfast is a no smoking environment. Some pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Guest departure is 10.00 a.m. and arrival at 4.00 p.m.

Tariff/Prices
February to May - £28.00 per person per night.
May to October - £30.00 per person per night.
Children under 10 Years - £15.00 per child per night.
Children over 10 Years from £20.00 per child per night.
There is a £15.00 charge on top of our standard rates for single occupancy.
Payment may be made by either cash or cheque, we do NOT have the facility to accept credit cards.
Please note: During the peak periods of July and August, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.

Location - How to Find Us
From the Skye Bridge, continue driving approximately 32 miles towards Portree. Just before the village centre, bear left towards Uig, continuing on the A87 for approximately 4 miles. Bear left onto the A850 towards Dunvegan for a further 3.7 miles. Turn right onto the single track Bernisdale Road (the third Bernisdale entrance from Portree), then turn left. Continue approximately 370 yards and turn right towards 'Park Bernisdale'. Continue driving for another 370 yards. Past the first house on the right, Loch View B&B is the next opening on the right. Continue driving to the end of this road
