House on the Falls is run by Donna and Andrew Long and we are delighted to welcome you to our our friendly Bed & Breakfast.
House on the Falls is a newly built modern family croft set in tranquil surroundings, offering panoramic views over the countryside. It is an excellent location for walking, fishing, horse riding - yet is only a 10 minute drive to Portree town centre, the capital of Skye. Portree has many award winning and specialty seafood restaurants and a variety of shops.
There is a 9 hole golf course nearby at the renowned Skeabost Country House Hotel, great forestry walks and fishing on the River Snizort.

We offer two en-suite rooms with beautiful views looking out to the township of Skeabost. We are surrounded by a wide variety of wildlife and our own sheep, lambs and two horses. Decorated to a high standard, the rooms available are a Double Room and a Family Room
(max 4).
We Offer
- (In room) hairdryer, clock radio, complimentary toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities.
- A large comfortable guest lounge with an open log fire, complete with Satellite TV and DVD player.
- Private parking.
- Full scottish breakfast and continental option.

We welcome children into our home and can provide if needed a travel cot, highchair and child friendly tableware. In the interests of providing the most pleasant accommodation to our guests, we are totally non-smoking throughout the property.
We ask our guest to vacate their rooms by 9.30 a.m. on day of departure. Preferred time of arrival is after 4.00 p.m.

Tariff/Prices
From £25.00 per person per night. Reduced rates for children.
We accept cash and cheque for payment. Regretfully we do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment to be made at the end of your stay.

Location - How to Find Us
From Dunvegan take the Dunvegan road heading to Portree. After Skeabost Bridge turn right at the signpost for PEINESS. After approx 1 mile House on the falls (Tigh nan Eas) can be found on the right just after the cattle grid.
From Portree take the A87 to Dunvegan, soon after take the left B885 to Struan. After 2 miles take the right junction signposted Peiness. House on The Falls is located on the left after 1 mile.
