Galleon Cottage is over 150 years old and has an excellent apartment available for up to 6 people. The Cottage is 6 miles from Portree. A pub, restaurant, fishing and golf course are all within walking distance. Uig is 10 miles away where the ferry takes you to the beautiful islands of Lewis, Harris and Uist.
Accommodation
We offer good value accommodation at low budget prices.
You can park outside the door which accesses you to the main room of the apartment. The room comprises of 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds and a small dining area. There are additional twin beds in the lounge with electric stove heating. The apartment has panoramic views of the River Snizort and in the distance a lovely view of the Cuillin Range.
Facilities
Self Catering: There is a compact kitchen with 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge and toaster. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wc and wash basin. The lounge doubles as an extra bedroom if required with twin beds available.
Bed & Breakfast: Bed and breakfast is also offered should you require for parties of 4 or less. The accommodation for this comprises:
1 pair of Bunkbeds
2 singles in the Family room
Breakfast is served in the lounge in the original cottage section.
Wifi available at the cottage should you bring your own laptop with you. Ample parking and storage in the garden for kayaks, trailers and cycles etc.

Galleon Cottage is strictly non-smoking. We can provide breakfast if required.
Arrival time for guests is 4.00 p.m. and guest departure is no later than 10.00 a.m.

Tariff/Prices
Self Catering: From £30.00 for 2 people per night, including electric, bedding, towels and pets.
Minimum booking 2 nights.
Bed & Breakfast: From £25 per person per night.
A non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance paid 4 weeks prior to your visit. For weekly lets a deposit of £80.00 is required. For shorter breaks 50% up to a maximum of £80.00.
Weekly lets are Sat to Sat.

Location - How to Find Us
From Portree
Take the road to Uig ferry, for approximately 5 miles then turn left following the signs for Dunvegan, follow this road for apx 1 mile then turn right following the signs for Peinmore/Tote/Prabost then the 2nd road on the left sign posted Tote we are the 3rd gate.
