The apartments are perfectly situated on the banks of Storr Lochs, nestled into the Trotternish ridge beneath the Old Man of Storr. Our accommodation boasts unrestricted views over the magnificent countryside and offer world class trout fishing and boat hire on the Storr Lochs on your doorstep. Wildlife is in abundance with eagles, otters, swans, owls and a host of other wildlife regularly seen from your windows and decked garden areas.
Dunvegan Castle, Talisker Whisky distillery, visitor centres, boat trips, museums and galleries are only short drives away as are boat trips and a host of other days out. The magnificent Cuillin mountain range just 10-15 mins drive away and offer some of the best climbing in the UK and also a range of walks for the less adventurous and excellent walking also in the immediate vicinity.

Location - How to Find Us
By Car
The most convenient route to Skye from the mainland is via the bridge, crossing from Kyle of Lochalsh to Kyleakin. Portree is approximately 35 miles from Kyleakin. Follow the A87 from Glasgow, or the A82 from Inverness.
By Ferry
Caledonian MacBrayne run car and foot passenger services from Mallaig to Armadale as well as Uist/Harris to Uig. For details see Calmac Ferries.
There is also a small privately run ferry from Glenelg to Kylerhea.
Armadale to Portree approx. 42 miles
Uig to Portree approx. 15 miles
Kylerhea to Portree approx. 35 miles.
By Train
The train arrives at Kyle of Lochalsh from Inverness where there is a coach transfer to Portree via the Skye bridge. There is also a rail service from Glasgow via Fort William to Mallaig connecting with the Armadale ferry. For details on train times see thetrainline.com
By Coach
There are regular services to Skye from Glasgow and Inverness. For details see City Link.
By Air
The nearest airport is at Inverness approximately 100 miles from the Isle of Skye and Glasgow approx. 200 miles and Glasgow (Prestwick) slightly further. For flight details see easyjet.com or ba.com
By Taxi
