Completed in 2005, "Ardmore" is a stunning luxury STB 5 star 3 bedroom detached bungalow, finished, furnished and equipped to the highest standards. Locally owned and run, it is located in the village of Broadford and enjoys panoramic sea or mountain views from all rooms. It caters for a maximum of 6 people and is within easy walking distance of all local amenities and attractions. Broadford, situated 8 miles from the now toll free Skye Bridge, is an ideal centre for touring all of the beautiful and romantic Isle of Skye and Wester Ross.
Ardmore is situated in a quiet location in the village of Broadford and overlooks Broadford Bay. It has been designed and built to the highest standards and is aimed at the very top end of the self-catering market. All furniture and fittings are top quality and the rooms are large and well equipped. It is of course double glazed and centrally heated throughout, with generous private off road parking.
The owners, Anne and Ian Macmillan, live in the village and are on hand should visitors ever need their help or advice. A comprehensive set of Ordnance Survey maps, walking and touring guides is available free of charge to guests. Games, cards and a selection of books etc are provided just in case the weather is inclement. Linen, towels and a welcome pack are all included in the rental charge.

Lounge - The lounge is spacious and from the bay window there are excellent views over the bay and Kinloch hills. It seats six people with ease and features a solid oak floor and an open fire. For entertainment there is a 42 inch plasma television with surround sound and a supply of DVDs and CDs.
Bedrooms 1 & 2 - Both these double bedrooms have spacious en suite facilities and enjoy panoramic views over Broadford Bay and the red Cuillins. Bedroom 1 has a king size four poster bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size sleigh bed. Both rooms are supplied with hairdryers.
Bedroom 3 - Bedroom 3 is a twin room with magnificent views of the Red Cuillins. A hairdryer is supplied.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out with quality solid wood units. The appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) are Neff and all are integrated. There is also a microwave oven. A table and chairs are provided for those who wish to breakfast in the kitchen rather than in the formal dining room.
Dining Room - The dining room has French doors which open onto a large patio. A gas barbeque and garden furniture are provided for those who enjoy 'the great outdoors'.
Utility Room - The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.
Bathroom - The outstanding feature of the main bathroom is the roll top freestanding bath.

£450.00 to £795.00 per week.

Location - How to Find Us
Key Collection: the keys for "Ardmore" are to be uplifted from "Berabhaigh B&B", 3 Limepark, Broadford, Isle of Skye, IV49 9AE.
Directions to "Berabhaigh B&B" are as follows: as you enter the village of Broadford coming from the Skye Bridge or the Mallaig/Kylerhea ferries, you will see the Claymore Restaurant on your right. Continue on for some 250 metres then take the sliproad to your left (signposted Skye Sepentarium), follow the road round to your right, go over the bridge and "Berabhaigh B&B" is the second house on your left.
Directions to Ardmore
On leaving "Berabhaigh B&B", retrace your steps to the Claymore Restaurant then take the small road opposite it (signposted Heaste), go up the hill and "Ardmore" is the third bungalow on your right.
